AHMAD ALMULLA – GOVERNMENT RELATIONS MANAGER
Born in 1954, Ahmad Almulla, U.A.E. national, invested more than 20 years of his experience in directing various phases of Al Sondos Holding`s relationships with governmental and semi governmental authorities; developing, coordinating and advising on internal policies related to external affairs. Mr. Almulla represents the organization in government matters, coordinates the implementation of strategies and programs necessary for governmental approval of organization’s products and services.
ABD EL GHANY FOUDA – LEGAL ADVISOR
Mr. Abd El Ghany Fouda, 14 years experienced Legal Advisor, leads a team of highly experienced legal advisors who are able to draw upon an international network of contacts to provide the most efficient methods and solutions to deal with any legal problem or business opportunity.
RAVSHAN ISKHAKOV – DEPUTY FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Ravshan Iskhakov, Master in Finance Management, is responsible for day to day operations of the financial department consisting of 26 people. Responsibilities include financial accounting – monitoring and maintaining the financial records, preparing and coordinating the annual financial statements, providing accounting services to most of the subsidiary organizations, financial integrity of the computerized general ledger system.
ALI AL KHAWAJA – CORPORATE FINANCE OFFICER
Graduated from the American University in Dubai, Ali Al Khawaja is responsible for all activities related to financials and administration of funds and investments of Al Sondos Holding. Ali Al Khawaja coordinates and supervises the fund assistant and third-party service providers (e.g. lawyers, accountants, and auditors) to ensure the expected financial performance of the investment portfolio as well as a proper fund administration at the fund and investment. In addition Ali al Khawaja assists Board of Directors in the financial structuring of investments and disinvestmetments.
MOHAMED AL KHAWAJA – PROJECT ENGINEER
Graduated from American University in Sharjah with the Master in Electrical Engineering, Mohamed Al Khawaja assists Managing Director and Chief Engineer in applying engineering and project management expertise while leading cross-functional resources to meet project requirements within established timeframes and budgets, developing and delivering project presentations to the Board of Directors.
MOHAMED USMAN – OPERATIONS MANAGER
With more than 7 years of experience in property & facility management, Mohamed Usman is in charge of the managing and coordinating property operations, maintenance and administrative functions of the team of 24 people. In addition, Mr. Usman is in charge for the tenant relationship management for all properties owned by Al Sondos Holding.
QAHRAMONBEK SOBITJONOV – IT MANAGER
Qahramonbek Sobitjonov oversees the IT department of 5 people and the functionality of PREMIS ??“ in house developed software providing support in Client Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Property Sales & Marketing and Property Management for all properties and companies owned by Al Sondos Holding.
